Materials needed:

10 kilo crude sugar

10 liters refresh milk

Procedure:1. Save the first rice washing because this has plenty of

good microorganism carrier.2. Put in Jar (salaw, burnay)3. Place the jar in cool and shaded area.4. After 7 days the rice bran will float on top.5. Strain rice bran and use only the water of LAS6. Same jar, add at least 10 liters of refresh milk. Cover with

manila paper and tie with string.7. After 7 days, the fat (white solids) will float on top and

underneath is the yellowing substance.8. Extract only the yellowish substance which is the “Lacto

Seed” without fat and add crude sugar so it will not spoil.9. Store in cool and shaded place for 7 days.

LAS Juice yield= 20 liters (60 sprayer tanks 16 liters water)

Application rate of LAS = 2 tablespoons per liter of water.
