Met with Director of Facilities for USA Health System, Lawrence Gardner.

Leadership Academy project to be presented using SBAR to Beth Anderson, Chief Executive Officer. CNO and Public Relations Director to be present for discussion.

Bridges Built
• Coordinated and collaborated with several
members of our Public Relations department.
• Established a working relationship with hospital
administration.
• Collaborated with several providers in the USA
System to coordinate the Walk and Talks.

• Create an annual schedule of events and publish every December.

Impact• Two television stations, WKRG
and Fox 10, covered the event and interviewed our staff.
• Those interviews and other segments aired a total of eight times on March 15 and March 16 and reached 238,341 TV viewers with positive messages about USA Medical Center, USA Health and our university.
• The Press-Register also ran a story and photo on the day of the event and were planning to run more photos and a story afterward. The paper's daily readership is at least 120,000.
