This stage is about developing mutuallybenefcial relationships, which inspirerespect, trust and confdence in ourability to deliver.
It is the process o networking andrelationship building with clients,potential clients and other keystakeholders beore entering intoormal working relationships.
IQP phase one involves:
building relationships raising awareness o what the IDeA does
and support we can oer
phase two:new andresponsive work
New work comes in the orm oenquiries or leads. An enquiry isan approach made to the agencyexpressing an interest or direct requestor support or development o a newproduct or service.
A lead is when a representativeo the agency identifes a potentialopportunity to undertake a piece
o work.
IQP phase two involves:

phase three:developinga response
All projects must be scopedin order to speciy exactly whatwill be included in the project,and then documented withina proposal or business case.
IQP phase three involves:
scoping the work developing proposals business case
phase our:start up
Eective start up ensures that projectsare delivered in a consistent, efcient
and eective manner and helps toreduce the risks o problems occuring.
IQP phase our involves: mobilising the team business and fnancial systems
and processes inducting teams equipping teams to deliver
