I have a proven proficiency when it comes to conceptualizing and implementing Sales targets/ Retail operations and strategic VM campaigns as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external audiences. I have however in every task undertaking I always focus on the desired result in order to achieve execution of products and service delivery. I strive to derive value and excellence whist learning and increasing competence daily through my energetic, enthusiastic personality together with my passion for customer service & team performance. As a result I achieved the 2002 Employee of the year and 2005 VM Department of the year for the best service in the industry for NIKE SA, refer to letter from HR operations attached. I have worked in various roles within Sales/Retail over the last ten years and have progressed from being a specialist customer consultant to heading up all / retail activities and initiatives within South Africa. Excellent management, negotiation and motivational skills and use this to influence the team in order to achieve key performance objectives.

The Zone@RosebankThe Zone is located in the Central Northern area of Johannesburg and is the first of it’s kind in South Africa. Focusing on a young trendy market the mall has a lrage number of very fashionable boutiques with top end labels on sale.

The Canal Walk Concept Store incorporated many firsts for South Africa, on this slide we see the first implementation of the Swoosh on the portal frame and a ‘mannequin catwalk’ in the entrance.
