KARATE
Joe Armato is a real estate investment and real estate industry expert.
However, what many people don’t know is that he is also a master at self-
defense techniques, specifically karate.
Understanding how to defend one’s self is becoming increasingly
important in today’s society as it seems more and more attacks
on individuals are being reported in the media and other news
outlets.
Karate is a practice dedicated to helping an individual learn how
to conduct him or herself if involved in an avoidable violent
situation.
It can mean the difference between life and death for a person, and karate is

Karate was developed by the Japanese on the island of Okinawa during a
period of Chinese influence in the 20th century. It is a martial art that involves
knee, hand, heel, and kicking strikes that are meant to quickly dispatch an
attacker.
Although it is portrayed as a mysterious fighting style, it is a
much deeper experience that has often been compared to forms
of yoga and meditation.
Many karate masters who have spent their entire lives devoted
to the martial art believe that is more like a self-defense
technique against the self while the human spirit attempts to find
peace amongst the world.
After influences of chinese martial arts were mixed in with the japanese style,
modern karate began to take shape, which is the fighting style known to people
in the world today.
Joe Armato is currently a black belt karate expert who has spent a number of
years studying the craft. He understands that being able to defend yourself in an
unavoidable and violent situation is an important skill to have in the unforgiving
world today. He is dedicated to teaching people the ways of karate and urges
people of all ages to learn the craft in order to be better prepared for the world
around them.
