What successes we’ve had to date
“Smart Working allows me to take my children to school, and arrive at work relaxed
and ready to start my working day”
‘There’s less pressure to be
seen in the office’
‘It enables me to care for my
elderly relatives’
‘It helped my transition back
into work after maternity
leave’
‘It enables me to take a long
weekend every now and
then’
“As a single mum with a son who has a rare chromosome disorder, getting a work-
life balance can often be hard. Smart Working has allowed me to work my diary
around my commitments at home… I was concerned I would seem less committed,
but I’ve just been promoted to Manager”
