SCHOOL NEWS Kingsdale Students Glide High Before the end of the Summer term, 3 students from Kingsdale Foundation School, took part in an amazing project led by the Air League. Working in partnership with Boeing, British Airways and Linklaters, the Air League has been reaching out to inner city schools across London to provide an introduction to aviation. The students spent two weeks on site in Dunstable, at the Gliding Club. The students also received a year’s membership for both The Air League and the Gliding Club, encouraging them to continue their journeys in aviation. The project introduced the students to a very unique experience and opened the doors to many more possibilities. Healthy Packed Lunches Eating well is important. Children need to eat well as it will give them energy and nutrients to grow and develop, be healthy and active. A healthy packed lunch is a balanced meal providing a variety of nutrients. Snack foods tend to be high in fat, sugar and salt. Please see the attached sheet for more information and guidance on providing a healthy packed lunch for your child.
