river: Total investment capital of USD 23 million.

2. Project of building Thai Binh General Hospital with a scale of 1,000

beds: Total investment capital of USD 160 million.

3. Project of urban technical infrastructure development to upgrade the

towns of Diem Dien, Tien Hai and Vu Thu: Total investment capital

of USD 120 million.

4. Project of urban technical infrastructure development to upgrade

Thai Binh city to municipality level 1: Total investment capital of

USD 100 million.

5. Project of buiding the Coastal Highway in Thai Binh province –

phase 1 (from Thai Binh River to Tra Ly River): Total investment

capital of USD 80 million.

rescue, marine economic development and ensuring coastal

national security in the south of Thai Binh province - Road 221A.

9. Projects of River dredging at Sinh River, Ngoai Trinh River in

Diem Dien town, Thai Thuy district. Total investment capital of

USD 21 million.

10. Project of construction of the provincial working headquarters.

USD 98 million.
