Level 124/7/365 call centre to capture issues and requests from train staff at any time. Costs are TBD.

Level 2

Emergency technical support to ensure the right expertise is always available. We recommend certain trained members of the original build team are on standby to address any problem. Issues will be logged and prioritized in JIRA, with access being shared with the client in order to communicate the status of an issue.

Level 3

General maintenance of the application will be run through a dedicated team model available during working our project manager will work with client team to prioritize change requests and provide estimates against individual tasks. We propose a flexible quota of set amount of hours per month to be deployed against agreed tasks.
