Full venue payment upon consultation is required to reserve our venues.

50% within 3 working days of confirmation secures your booking. If Payment is not complete

during this period, equipment can no longer be reserved and thus becomes available to other

clients.

No refunds under any circumstances. Cancellation of reserved equipment amounts to a loss of

potential bookings. Cancellation fee of 15% will apply.

Packages are basic and additional requirements must be clearly stipulated.

Setup is offered as a service and is restricted to equipment hired from this company. Décor vary

depending on budget, space and equipment. Please stipulate design required.
