Bob Rouse is a founder of the St. Louis SIM Chapter and a Past Presi-dent of SIM. For 15 years he has facilitated forums in the Midwest, North-east, New York and the Chubb Internal Forum. He previously served as a RLF Director. Bob is Professor Emeritus, Computer Science at Washington University; he held many leadership positions at WU, including IT Strategy Director for the School of Medicine, automation lead for the Development Office, Assistant Dean, and Director of the Center for Intelligent Computing Systems.
Ed Trainor has served as the CIO in diverse industries over the past 25 years. He has served as CIO for Flying Tigers, Southern California Gas Co. and Paramount Pictures, where he helped initiate and develop Paramount’s anti-piracy efforts. In early 2007 he accepted the position of CIO with Amtrak before retiring in mid-2011. He is a past president of SIM and has co-authored two textbooks on information strategy. Ed now works as an educa-tor and consultant and as a facilitator for the Regional Leadership Forum.
