T-Bone Steak with Chips and Veggies INGREDIENTS: 30ml olive oil 1 small clove crushed garlic4-6 T-bone steaks *Salt & Pepper to taste*on special this week

METHOD:Combine the oil, garlic, salt and cracked black pepper. Place the steaks in a large dish & pour over the mixture, coating the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a barbecue grill to high heat. Drain steak from the marinade. Place on the grill and cook for 3 minutes each side (this will give a medium centre) or until cooked to your liking. Remove, cover and keep warm.

Serve with Dad’s favourite Chips and Veg.
