New Primary CurriculumThe new primary curriculum is now online at http://curriculum.qcda.gov.uk/new-primary-curriculum/ with full information, advice on planning and case studies. It will become statutory in 2011.
Free ICT trainingICT CPD 4 free is a new web site, sponsored by TDA, offering ICT teachers FREE on-line continuing professional development opportunities. I mentioned it a few newsletters ago but now it is active.
CBeebies Storieshttp://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/stories/ is the link to a range of stories suitable for very young children. Included is useful information for grownups.

TES ConnectAs resources sites go this is a good one. By teachers for teachers resources are suitable for all sectors. New ThinkUKnow materialsCEOP have released a new version of ThinkUKnow for KS3/4. It includes new videos, is matched to emerging safety issues and is more interactive than the previous version. I know a lot of schools found ThinkUKnow useful and I am happy to deliver the new materials to students who have already seen the old presentation or to students new to this programme. As it involves discussion class sized groups are best.
Futurelab survey for KS3/4Futurelab are surveying KS3/4 students about their perceptions of participation and education, learning spaces and technology in the future. Could you please encourage students to go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/buildingschools ? Thankyou.
