Profiles is a directory of the people in your organization that allows you to find and connect with the right people fast. You can search for people based on their contact information, background, or expertise. Let people know who you are by filling out your own profile.
Build up your own set of contacts by adding people to your network.

Paste Special – introduces a clean-up mechanism which cleans pasted content originating from applications like Microsoft Word.
Styles – styles are maintained after the paste action.
• Caveats:• Difficulty using Points not Pixels for font size.• Using cms/mms/inches for indents in Lists do not paste well• Images and Embedded content do not paste.
• Advised:• Use Pixel sizes for best support

Files offers a convenient way to upload and store files in a central repository.
You can share uploaded files with selected people, giving you the means to collaborate on content without having to send large files through email.

Communities
A community is a group of people who share a common interest. Communities provide an excellent way to connect members of a team and help them to stay in touch and share information.
Communities can be public or restricted, allowing community owners to control who can join the community and access community content.

Community invitations and membership
You can view all the pending invitations for a community from the Invitations tab on the community's Members page. The tab displays information about when each invitation was sent and who it was sent to.
Community owner can edit membership roles or remove a member from the community.

Sub-communities Creating sub-communities is a useful way of organizing your community members into smaller

A “system” or “global” moderator role can be defined allowing for review and approval of any moderated content on a server
As an alternative, Community “owners” can moderate their own content including:
– Blog entries and Comments– Community Files and Comments – Forum Posts
If implemented, a community owner must approve any content that is subject to moderation before it will be visible to others
Community members can still notify the Community owner if they feel some content should be flagged for review
