Monroe County Swim ClubHosts 2nd Fall Couple's Night

Date night is set ... Saturday, September 10 is the evening.Mark Twain Country Club is the place. The Monroe CountySwim Club is hosting its second Fall Couple's Night. Thisfundraiser is scheduled to make needed repairs to the pool andto reduce or keep pool dues constant in the coming years. Lastyear's fundraiser provided funds for a pool liner, a new MonroeCounty Swim Club sign, lots of new gravel for the parking lot,new lifesaving buoys, and blue skid-resistant paint around theentire pool. With the improvements many new and returningmembers were impressed with the pool's new look. Be a sup-porter of the Monroe County Swim Club. Buy a membershipnext spring and attend the Fall Couple's Night on September 10.

The event begins with happy hour at 6:00 p.m., dinner at 7:00p.m., followed by entertainment at 8:00 p.m. and a DJ from9:00 - 12:00 p.m. Three couples have been chosen to play TheNewlywed Game hosted by Aliesha Edwards. The questionsare being selected and the night is guaranteed to be fun for all.The couples will be competing for a free pool membership forthe 2012 swim season.
