How to Move or Reinstall Your Dolphin

1) If you have the Dolphin software open on your computer, please close it, then download the latest version to your computer: http://www.HelpMeDial.com/dolphin

Click Download Dolphin Software.

2) Read and fill out the Buyer/User Agreement and click I Agree.

3) Click the DOWNLOAD button to begin the software download process.

4) If you have an option to Run, click that, or if your option is Download, click that. 5) Don’t forget to select the Create a Desktop Icon option if you prefer it. You can

always create your own shortcut by going to the C:\PowerDialer directory, right-clicking on PowerSeller.exe, and clicking Create a Desktop Shortcut. Also you may perform a windows search for the file PowerSeller.exe and do the same.

6) If installing on a new computer, enter the Customer Number now. If reinstalling

on the same computer you will be taken back to the Main Menu.

7) Click on the words Customer Number in the blue font.

8) Delete the existing customer number.

9) Enter the Customer Number and click the red box.

10) Another box will appear informing you that your account is now active. Click OK.

11) You will now be taken back to the Dolphin Main Menu.

12) Stay on this window until your license appears in the upper right corner. Click on it

to retrieve your license. This will close the Main Menu.

13) The license box will appear, click the Get License Key button.

14) You will be returned to your desktop. Click the Power Seller icon to open your

Dolphin software.

15) Choose Power Dialer and make sure it shows Ready to Dial at the top of the

screen. If it does not, make sure it also reads Offline instead of Online. If you are still having trouble, please call Tech Support at 866-439-6323 or 972-248-0341 to request assistance.
