Either way sellers/buyers start their search often times with Google. What if your name was the top listing on Google. Do you think that would bring you some business. I would think so. Recently, I did a search for several commercial brokers that I have done business with in the past. I could not find them or the information was incomplete. All I wanted was an email address to communicate with them. A few had a general company email. That s a waste of time to respond to. I want a person not a company.
