Available at $9.99 per pie and $3.99 per mini:Pecan, Oatmeal (Oatmeal pie is also referred to as “Poor Man’s Pecan Pie”. It is a rich pie which contains sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, eggs, coconut,and oatmeal). During the Thanksgiving and Christmas season, we encourage pre-ordering pies.

Wedding Cakes/ Tiered Cakes
All tiered cakes are offered in the same flavor varieties as our regular specialty cakes. As with the regular specialty cakes, any cake requiring a special design such as sugar art, sculpture, etc must be custom quoted by Dawn. Clients must schedule a tasting and design consultation with Dawn to ensure that our clients get exactly what they want. Tiered cakes are priced by serv-ing. The starting price for tiered cakes is $2.50 per serving. The cost when a fresh fruit filling or liqueur is used is $2.75 per serv-ing. The cost for adding sugar art and/or sculpture varies ac-cording to what the client desires and the cost will be determined
during the consultation. This cost is based on the estimated hours of work required for their cake.
Take Home Cakes
We offer a selection of 4” and 10” cakes in our display case that are available for customers to purchase. We will be happy to add an inscription to these cakes at no additional charge. (Happy Birthday, etc). 10” cakes are $12.99 each. 4” cakes are $4.99 each, unless premium frosting or filling is used than a surcharge is applied. 4” Carrot cake is $5.99 each. The varieties for these cakes are listed below. Not all cakes are available every day.1. Chocolate Fudge Chocolate cake filled with a

4. White Chocolate Raspberry White cake filled with raspberry bakery jam and white chocolate ganache mousse and iced with white buttercream. Topped with flaked white chocolate and fresh raspberries.
5. Chocolate Almond and Cherry Chocolate cake filled with cherry filling and iced with chocolate frosting sprinkled with sliced almonds.
6. German Chocolate Traditional favorite made with home-made frosting.
CheesecakeWe will also offer a limited amount of cheesecake each day. Typically, we will only have 1-2 cheesecakes in the display case at any given time. As with the cakes, customers may purchase an individual slice. A 10” cheesecake will be sliced into 10 slices and the cost of each slice is $3.99. You may add strawberries, cherry pie filling, chocolate sauce, etc. at no additional charge. The cost for a whole cheesecake is $16.99.
