ACCOMMODATION

Availability of rooms at the meeting hotels is limited and reserved for registered participants. Bookings will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis, and only upon receipt of all of the information required on this form.

All rates are reserved for ICGEB participants in the meeting and include breakfast, taxes and commissions. Tourist accommodation tax will additionally apply, according to Trieste Municipality authority.

Availability and preferential rates cannot be guaranteed after the DEADLINE of 4th April 2019.
