You’ll ensure we attract the right talent to the business across Early Careers, experienced hire and senior hiring through your leadership of the Resourcing team Responsible for maintaining levels of high performance and creating new opportunities to lead the market, you will develop the teams’ capability to source great talent for current and future hiring needs that will effectively sell the company as an employer of choice
Through coaching the Resourcing team and partnering with the business senior leadership teams, you will develop their ability to become internal consultants to hiring managers so that they are seen as a well-respected Centre of Excellence.

Key Details
Role Profile – Talent Acquisition Manager
· Work with the HR and Resourcing Leadership team to create and embed Talent Acquisition policies and processes and drive the department to achieve its goals
· Delivery of the strategy to build the business talent attraction capability and Employer Brand, particularly focusing on key talent requirements for future skills
· Management and coaching of the Resourcing team in delivering a great candidate and hiring experience during the recruitment process
· Partnering with the HR team to develop an effective workforce planning process
· Managing the recruitment budget and data analysis to achieve key metrics, such as candidate and hiring manager experience, time, cost and source of hire
· Work with the Resourcing team to help them deliver the Resourcing strategy and manage campaigns for their business areas in the most cost effective way possible
· Building relationships with the senior leadership team within the business to ensure visibility of their current and future hiring needs, and to build trust in the Resourcing team
· Project management of senior hiring needs from sourcing to advising on the selection processes, offer management and onboarding
· Accountability for the delivery of key projects within Resourcing
· Delivery of the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes (graduate, apprentice and school leaver)
· Coach and develop the Resourcing team in best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing
· Advising and coaching HR and hiring managers on best practice for interviews and assessment and ensuring the team can advise on the most effective approach to selection
· Offer a creative approach to sourcing great talent for the Resourcing team – focusing on attracting passive candidates to roles
· To partner with the Employer Branding Manager to ensure branding collateral and content meet the demands of the business’s hiring needs, providing a channel for ongoing engagement with our talent pool
· Work with our PSL Agency and Search firm partners to agree terms and SLAs that meet commercial needs and give a great candidate experience
· Ensuring that you keep up to date on the latest recruiting software in the market to develop the business strategy and ongoing management of recruitment technology
· Support the Resourcing team in the ongoing management and relationships with our preferred suppliers
· External orientation – keeping an eye on the marketplace to keep abreast of key trends to ensure that as an employer we stay ahead of these developments
· Developing own networks for sourcing and employer branding building within the industry
· Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
· Developing Resourcing as a centre of excellence within HR, and the wider business.
· Driving the development of internal and external talent pooling and communities through partnership with hiring managers, industry networks and through the Resourcing team

Relevant experience within HR/Recruitment, in an industry where HR/Recruitment operates as a strategic business partner
Relevant experience of working for an organisation that has had a pro-active Talent Attraction/brand development approach
Experience of Early Careers up to senior hiring sourcing and hiring strategies
Knowledge of digital recruitment strategies
Knowledge of the recruitment market and future trends in the industry
Experience of talent attraction – key that this is over and above ‘recruitment attraction’
Understanding of creating Brand awareness as an employer of choice
HR qualifications
A good degree or ‘Higher’ level education
