Mary is in Class 3B. She sits in front of Miss Chan. They are having General Studies lessons. Miss Chan talks about ‘frogs’.

The teacher shows the class a frog. The children feel excited.Suddenly the frog jumps onto Mary’s arm. Mary feels scared. The boy runs away. The girl shouts, ‘Help! Miss Chan. The frog is running away.’

In the end, Miss Chan is brave. She catches the frog. All the children calm down. Miss Chan puts the frog into the tank again.

My Dream Job

By Bobo LamDid you ever think about your dream job? There are so many jobs I can

choose? I want to find a job suitable for me. Finally I find one. Do you want to

know what it is? It is a fashion designer.Some of my friends advise me to be a lawyer because the salary is high. Some

advise me to be a doctor because I can help many people. I still want to be a

fashion designer. There are three reasons why I want to be a fashion designer.

First, I love to watch the fashion shows on TV. I also love to draw clothes and

ask mum if they are beautiful. So I think this job is suitable for me.Second, I want all people wear the clothes that I design. I really want it happen.

I can imagine all the people wearing my clothes and walking in the street. It makes

me feel successful. When I am famous, I can have my own fashion shows. The

top models will wear the clothes I make. At that time I will have a sense of glory.

Third, I want to make a lot of clothes to help the people who don’t have clothes

to wear. I will not ask them to pay so that I can be a Good Samaritan.These are the three reasons why my dream job is being a fashion designer. I

think it is a great job for me. Fashion designers need to design different special

new clothes to people. They need to be creative, imaginative and hard-working.

To prepare for the job, I need to learn more about fashion design styles. I need to

learn how to draw more beautiful clothes and how to use good materials.My dream job is being a fashion designer. What is your dream job? Being a

lawyer, being a fireman or same like me? What do you want to be when you grow

up?
