I was responsible for preparing the marketing materials of The Berkeley, Dockling Garden and Preston Pearl Project, Visual Identity Corporation (V.I. Corporation) of AXF Properties Pty Ltd. This included assisting in the creation of brochures, paper advertising, designing templates for corporate stationary and business cards, also assisted with event team in Sales Launch etc. Having gained experience within the companies’ marketing division has improved my design skills and has allowed me to transfer and implement the knowledge and skills gained from university to workplace. I have strong multimedia execution and campaign concept development skills. I am familiar with print-ready preparation including the knowledge of artwork output, paper chosen, PMS colour usage and four colour printing process.

Purpose: The majority of the potential buyers of this project are Asian, specially Chinese. So we have chosen chinese newspaper as our major media.
