Summary

The HiCloud LED high bays are designed specifically to replace

traditional high bays in a variety of applications, both industrial and

commercial areas. It adopts the most advanced LM80 and TM21 certified

Nichia chips as light source and UL listed Meanwell driver as power

supply. With innovative optics and an ultra-thin, thermally efficient

housing design, it produces up to 23,000 lumens of uniform illumination

and industry leading efficacies approaching 115 lumens per watt. Unlike

the conventional high bays in the market, the HiCloud LED high bays

feature compact size, unique design, light weight, easy maintenance and

durability.

The HiCloud LED high bays provide equivalent lighting levels with

better quality of light and uniformity, yet consume even less half of

energy than conventional high bays. The lifespan of our LEDs can last

as long as 100,000 hours at 25℃ ambient temperature.

The HiCloud LED high bays are now available in 100W, 120W, 150W,

200W which are direct replacement of 250W-600W conventional high

bays, and suitable installed at 5-15m height. Dimmable versions and

multiple installations are available for choice.

We installed total 100pcs HiCloud high bay fixtures in this warehouse.

Before retrofit: It is only 59 lux, and with yellow dish light.

Light Source

In order to make sure long lifespan and good heat dissipation, we use the

latest Nichia technology and high efficacy chips, the chips are LM80 and

TM21 certified.

Power supply

We use Meanwell driver as power supply, which is the best LED driver in

the world.

Many suppliers are trying to use their own driver to save costs. But it will

sure bring a lot of problems. LED could last longer than 50,000 hours

with good heat dissipation. But the driver may not. So the best LED

driver is very important. Meanwell driver could last longer than 80,000

hours at ambient temperature of 30℃.

Please notice that there is large space for heat dissipationin the driver, so

the heat dissipation is very efficient.

With proprietary patented thermal management design to ensure low LED

junction temperature, while maintaining the extremely light weight.

You can see from below simulation that our temperature is only 58℃ at

ambient temperature of 25℃.While, most of LED high bay light source

are working at above 65℃.

Notice

Installation should be done by the professional staff. Please read the

instructions carefully before doing the installations. Please follow the

instruction very strictly. We will not be responsible for any loss or

damage if there are any accidents happen since that the operator does

not do the installations follow our instruction. However, if the damage

happen since the quality issues of our products, there are 5 years

warranty for our products(no included the dismounting fee). If the

lighting broken due to artificial or other reasons, we can do the after

service for charge.

Please insure that setting up the products after turning off the power

supply.

Please contact a qualified electrician for repair service when there is

any break down with the lighting.

If there is any accessory loss, please do not use that lighting any

more.

The repair or maintenance should be done when the lightings are

taken down and please finish that on the floor.

Don't take down the fixture and do any repair when the fixture is

power on.

Don't change any structure and accessories of the lighting; don't

change the circuit when repairing the lighting; don't change the model

specification and parameter of the products.

Don't set up the lighting on the lamp pole or fixing which are not

stable or not permanent.
