General Information Construction Die-cast aluminum bottom and top sections are mechanically joined to the extruded heat sink mid-section. The advanced heat sink extrusion allows for a variety of lengths to suit any luminaire wattage we manufacture. Our unique construction allows for passive cooling and natural cleaning of the extruded heat sink, ensuring thermal management control with reliable operation at 45-50°C high ambient conditions. Stainless steel fasteners and hinging base section allow access to electrical components for installation and maintenance. Optics Full Cut Type IV LED Optics is precisely designed to shape the distribution thereby maximizing efficiency and application spacing. eSHINE™ Optics are engineered from PMMA thus maximizing light transmission. Longitudinal and overall uniformity has been accurately developed to meet global lighting standards as well as glare index requirements.

LEDs A calculated L70 value of 250,000 + hours based on in-situ testing, LM-79 data and LM-80 data from the LED manufacturer. Electrical LED drivers mount to die-cast aluminum back casting for optimal heat sinking and operation efficiency. Standard driver input 90-528 Volts AC with an IP 67 rating and with diming function available to optimize lighting control. DC powered drivers are also available. Mounting eSHINE™ standard adjustable bracket system for soffit and ceiling mounted installations. Threaded rod with double bridge mounting brackets. Finish Cast components and arm finished in polyester powder coat paint. Standard colors include grey and white - Other RAL colors are available including color match services.

Installation Details

1. Ceiling / Soffit attachment system – Allows for fast and easy installation to any surface mounted application. Plate option for single rod hanging available.

2. IP67 LED Driver - UL Listed LED Driver mounted to the back of the heat sink out of view at any

installation angle (see LED Driver details below for further details and voltage options available). 3. Advanced Optic Type IV distribution - Type IV allows the lighting design grid to integrate easily with

the other eSHINE™ lamps installed to reduce the amount of lamps required.

4. IP rated Field Wiring terminal strip - Easy termination of field wiring and earth connection.

5. Adjustable tilt for advanced installation options.
