Latchie’s commitment to the credit union was endless. She was a member of Wildfire for over 40 years and served on the credit union’s Board of Directors for over 30 years. Latchie had a strong love for her family, friends, community and her credit union. We will miss her smile, wisdom and dedication. GOTTA HAVIT! Coat Drive a Huge SuccessThanks to the generosity of our members and employees, the Wildfire Community Action Team’s coat drive was a hugesuccess. We col-lected over two hundred coats & snow pants and an abundance of hats, mittens, & scarves. Just another example of our members and staff giving back to their communities.

Meet Kathy, a fourteen year veteran Call Center Representative. Kathy is helpful by nature, but after years of experience in assisting members, she is also very highly qualified to be in this position. She not only is meticulous about tending to mem-ber needs, she is a reliable “go-to” person among her fellow Call Center staff. Here’s an example of Kathy’s attentiveness to member needs. While simply discussing account details with a member, she was able to find a way for the member to save $100 a month, a tremendous savings to a retired member on a fixed income. Our members often provide us with valu-able feedback. Some comments that have pertained directly to Kathy are: “pleas-antly awesome; personable and above all, professional; very responsive; replied immediately; good to do business with a person who cares about their work”. We are grateful for the feedback you provide, and congratulate Kathy on being highlighted this month for “going the extra mile”.
