Why did we start the Global Employment Services Network in The Netherlands?Due to our existing costumers, who are doing business in multiple countries, we have a growing demand amongst companies for a standardized and unified method for handling their wage taxes, payroll and HR requirements. “HRT has been responsible for the payroll of 25 highly qualified employees in sales and tech support since 2009.In the context of a Global Initiative to give all Hologic employees an optimal employee experience and HR service, it was decided to extend the HRT service to an all-in integrated HR service, in close collaboration with the Hologic Head or HR Operations EMEA

After a thorough HR scan, a move-up action program was developed, including updating agreements, drawing up an employee handbook, upgrading the insurance package and, last but not least, appointing an HRT employee as the Dutch HR Representative.

All Dutch employees were invited to an info and introductory session with the HRT team in the end of 2017, where the move-up program was presented in detail. How do we calculate our fees?

About HRT Business ProfessionalsOur services provide solutions which can guarantee a consistent service level across divers countries. Our network is active in more than 100 countries. In The Netherlands we work with 30 multidisciplinary professionals with offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven. Our team exists out of (international) HR advisors, payroll advisors, (national) pension and employee benefits specialists, national labor and (international) wage tax lawyers.

We define a basic coordination fee per country (depending on the size and the number of monthly changes in the different countries) and a basic fee for the international coordination and reporting.We define costs per employee per payroll per country, administration costs for a new employee and administration costs for a leaver. Depending on the specific country legislation there will be a fee for the year end costs, payment services (social security & withholding taxes payments on behalf of the customer). Hourly rates for ad-hoc assistance. Hourly rates for a specialty assistance (compensation & benefits advice).
