    After Cobra Commnader's son, Billy, was killed by a mysterious group known as the Blue Ninjas, Cobra goes on theoffensive and begins tracking down anything they can find on the deadly ninja clan. After infiltrating one of theBlue Ninjas abandoned facilities in Maine, Cobra makes a shocking discovery: there are Blue Ninjas disguised asCrimson Guardsmen all over Broca Beach! Cobra has been infiltrated!

    Meanwhile, after defeating a Blue Ninja cyborg at a robotics facility, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow follow the nextlead to the house of Dr. Eleanor Tchen, a scientist with ties to Blue Ninja technology. Upon arrival, they find thebodies of Cobra Vipers strewn about everywhere and discover a console setup in the basement that used to house theBlue Ninja leader. Dr. Tchen is revealed to be an attack cyborg and Storm Shadow is gravely injured. Before Tchenhas a chance to strike Snake Eyes, she is blown away by sniper rifle fire from the Baroness! She offers Snake Eyeshelp in getting Storm Shadow medical attention...
