G.I. JOE IS BACK! Cobra's sinister plot to hunt down the disbanded G.I. Joes backfired, but
it cost the Joes dearly: Snake Eyes is in the hands of Cobra and, after a grueling session
in Dr. Venom's Brainwave Scanner, has emerged as Cobra's new secret weapon... one they
intend to use to bring the battle to the Joes once more! Meanwhile, while reconstruction
of the Pit is underway, Lady Jaye, Gung Ho and Clutch return to an abandoned Springfield
to rescue Chuckles from Cobra's clutches. Chuckles' new mission would be to interrogate
Storm Shadow… if Storm Shadow didn't have plans of his own to gain G.I. Joe's trust.
