When Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and Billy discover a Russian Arashikage Dojo in Brooklyn, NY, the master ofthe dojo tells them about a new threat to the Arashikage: the Blue Ninja clan. Suddenly, this mysteriousforce launches a destructive attack on the dojo, managing to kill Billy in the melee. Storm Shadow vows revengeon the Blue Ninja clan. He and Snake Eyes deliver the body to Cobra Commander before heading off to talk tosensei Moskvina, a former member of the Blue Ninjas who has become an android herself.
