Concept

The International Garden Festival is recognized as the largest event of its kind in North America and one of the world's leading garden festivals. The Festival is recognized as a forum for innovation and an experimental garden art laboratory. It is an annual gathering for all lovers of contemporary gardens, but also for all designers involved in a reflection on the renewal of this art. It is a place of inspiration and healing for both the public and artists and designers.

Being the Largest International Garden Festival, it is a great honor for me, being Angolan and African to participate in this festival. My great interest in provoking people to have a new experience within my space made a marriage of the main elements in Feng Shui, which are: Earth, Water, Fire, Wood and Metal; I want to use these elements as the main one and this is how people are separated.

My main goal is to invite without speaking, the space itself invites all people to come in and feel good and in harmony.

Materials:All materials I used in my project are recyclable,

What I used in the Project:Earth (application: all space of my garden)Stones (application: vessel perimeter)Six Circular Plastic Vessels (application: four vases for in the corners of the tree space; and two in the center for a water mirror)A Circular Metal Vase (application: in the center of space with earth inside to add artificial fire)
