Fairmont Pacific Rim was named the #1 Business Hotel in the World by Condé Nast Traveler

readers in 2014. In taking home the top spot, the hotel beat out some of the world’s most notable hotels, such as the Four Seasons Hotel George V

in Paris and the Peninsula, Hong Kong.

2015 BRAND KEYS CUSTOMER LOYALTY ENGAGEMENT INDEX

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts was the highest rated brand in the Hotel (Luxury) category,

as part of the 2015 Brand Keys study. The Brand Keys data paints a detailed picture of the category drivers that engage customers, engender loyalty and drive real profits. The Customer Loyalty Engagement Index examines customers’ relationships with 540 brands in 64 categories.

2015 AAA FIVE DIAMOND RATING

Fairmont Mayakoba in the Riviera Maya and Fairmont Scottsdale Princess were awarded the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Rating. Fairmont Mayakoba has received the award for eight consecutive years and Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has continued to receive this rating since 1990.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts won the Ensemble Travel Group Partner of the Year for 2014.

2014 NORTH AMERICAN TRAVEL JOURNALIST AWARDS

Fairmont Magazine won two notable awards at the North American Travel Journalist Association Awards Competition.
