The Pro AP controls project site setup, project site content, and user access in the map service. Content prepared and uploaded by the Pro AP includes Oblique Photography, Orthophotography as a layer, Topographic Contours as a layer, Colorized Digital Elevation Model as a layer, and miscellaneous files in the Project Backpack (ie. Instructions, Pro AP Marketing Literature, Confidential Price Lists, etc.) Advantages to the Pro AP Client: 1. Imagery and data can be accessed from anywhere having internet access with no special software required. 2. The needed visual can be extracted and used as needed by the Client (.png) without having to manage files. 3. The Pro AP Client now has a fully functional Geographic Information System (GIS) superior to GoogleEarth® used to analyze, document, and communicate site conditions through custom on-line map production. 4. The Pro AP Client can procure the precise kind of information needed for his/ her project (type, location, resolution, time, frequency). 5. The Client can procure small-format derived orthophotography and data more cost effectively for their project site than traditional medium and large format camera sources. 6. The InSiteful Imagery® map service is mobile friendly and useful in the field when in 4G range. InSiteful Imagery® Web Map Service Functionality: 1. Controlled access to information for approved users, Desktop or Mobile. 2. Address search or zoom to Project Site. 3. Multiple base-map options for Project Professionals (Imagery, National Geographic, USGS Topographic, Streets, etc.) 4. Change detection slide stool for making layers transparent and comparing conditions over time. 5. Measure, markup, and text tools for custom map production and export in multiple raster file formats. 6. Point, line, and polygon draw tools with export in multiple vector file formats for use off-line in CAD/GIS.

Patented SI-SFAP

Also, through a partnership with the University of North Carolina (and as a result of USDOT research grant), BOYLE has developed a unique, innovative solution to address the needs of today’s bridge engineers and bridge inspectors at the State and Local levels, as well as other site assessors who can benefit tremendously by having sub-inch resolution aerial imagery at their fingertips. The result of that development stage is a U.S. Patent-protected software package combining the technologies of Small Format Aerial Photography and the InSiteful Imagery® web-mapping capabilities, resulting in SI-SFAP (Spatially-Integrated Small Format Aerial Photography). The patented technology utilizes small format mapping techniques and any aircraft to collect sub-inch resolution aerial imagery to produce clear enough images to identify very small defects and surface texture in horizontal surfaces such as bridge decks, rooftops, parking lots, highways, and open water wetland areas; the data is used by site assessors to evaluate visible surface structural/ health conditions. For the Pro AP interested in providing sub-inch resolution SI-SFAP for condition assessment purposes for your Client, a royalty fee arrangement is available:
