Gary Macris rst established the concept of Greek Yum-Cha in his restaurant Enigma 88 at Brighton Le-Sands in 1997. While in this smaller restaurant, Gary developed his cooking style and developed modern and creative ways of presenting traditional Greek cuisine. With the help of family and friends, Garys concept took shape. Before long, Enigma 88 was buzzing and Greek Yum-Cha had become the talk of the town.

HOT ROXI am a meat eater and pride myself on my BBQ skills. To this point I have visited many all you can eat meat houses and none (in my opinion) can cook meat like I do I my beloved BBQ. However, I ate at HOT ROX Brazilian BBQ and was amazed at the freshness, quality and taste of the meats that continually come around. Pork, Lamb, Chicken, Steak, and so on until you say stop.. DOUGH AUTHENTIC LEBANESE PIZZAAuthentic Lebanese Pizza who would have thought? This place is sensational. So cheap and so tasty. They also do traditional pizzas which are so cheap and have to be the best I have had in the Shire. We ate in and the service was unrivalled. They could not do enough for us and were kid friendly giving the kids special kids plates and cutlery to make them feel special. Great food and service
