General Terms and Conditions of Sales, Delivery and

Payment

Scope

All goods and services of the PMC² (Pure Mobility Company) are subject to the following general terms and conditions

of sales, delivery and payment. Terms and conditions different from those specified herein are only effective if expressly

approved by PMC². The general terms and conditions also apply to future business relations, even if they are not

expressly agreed upon in advance.

Prices & Price Changes

Information about prices is contained within the relevant product information e.g. catalogues, flyers etc. Any price

changes that occur after the order and before delivery are not taken into account: the prices provided at the time of

ordering will be used. All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT.

Warranty

We guarantee our products in accordance with the statutory time limits, where no other manufacturer's guarantee is

provided. The relevant product information provides details of any such additional manufacturer's guarantees. In the

case of a warrantee repair claim, the customer will be obliged to send the faulty goods to the PMC² central office at his

own expense and risk. The warranty does not cover defects if the goods are improperly treated, used, modified or worn

out by overuse. Should such goods be returned to the PMC² head office, the customer will be charged any costs that

have arisen on the part of the PMC² (e.g. for examining the goods). In the care of repaired goods, the customer can

choose to collect the goods personally or have them sent to his place of work.

Right of Withdrawal

In the case of distant selling (e.g. via the Internet), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement

within 7 days from receipt of the goods. To ensure clarity, customers are advised to detail their withdrawal from the

purchase agreement in writing. Should a customer withdraw within the time frames provided, they are obliged to return

to goods to the PMC² head office at their own expense. All goods returned will be checked in terms of completeness,

sound condition and functionality upon receipt at the PMC² head office. A full price refund will be transferred to the

customer's account, as provided by the customer, in the case of undamaged and intact goods. Delivery charges will

not be refunded. In the case of damaged or incomplete goods, the value of the damage etc. will be subtracted from

the refund.

Terms of Payment

Payment of the net amount is to be finalised within 21 days. For payment within 7 days a 2% discount is available

innerhalb von 21 Tagen. Bei verspäteter Zahlung verrechnen wir Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 10% über dem jeweiligen

Diskontsatz.

All customer-related data will be treated confidentially and will not be provided to any third persons.
