Federal indictment of attorney Noel Gage and Howard Awand for honest services fraud, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, witness tampering and other federal crimes. Gage and Awand implemented a scheme to obtain clients or client referrals, inflate clients personal injury claims artificially and fraudulently, and obtain false and misleading testimony from doctors in support of personal injury lawsuits.
