Two Workflows In One PrinterThe Offline Collection offers two workflow technologies in one printer, direct-to-fabric or transfer dye sublimation printing. Switching from direct to transfer is done on the fly without having to change inks. The perfect printer for any application.

Industrial Build.

• The Kayo runs Ricoh Gen-4 variable drop printheads while the T Series runs Kyocera greyscale heads. Printheads are a critical component of achieving accurate, gorgeous, rich color. PrinterEvolution printers are engineered with only the best.

• Because our printheads are industrial and high quality, they have a longer life, cost you less overall and will excel at fulfilling high-volume print requirements.

• With a steel frame and industrial built parts, the Offline Collection is built for 3-shift operation. Our field engineers will teach your production staff to maintain this equipment and keep it running to meet your business demands at all times.

• A 2.5-liter bulk system for high energy disperse inks allows for continuous printing with fewer interruptions.

• An optional jumbo roll setup accommodates larger rolls of material which increases productivity.

Clean, Rich Inks.

• PrinterEvolution inks are clean and developed specifically to keep the printheads jetting without any clogging. The water-based inks pass all OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certifications. They are produced in an ISO 9001 facility with strict quality control, all at a very

competitive cost per liter.

• Achieve a brilliant color gamut with super rich blacks, a heavy pigment load and excellent greyscale. The rich colors these inks produce have become a trademark of PrinterEvolution printers.

• Both platforms are field upgradable at any time so you can enter the market at a budget that makes sense for you, then increase print speeds as demand increases. Upgrade the T Series from 2 to 4 heads or the Kayo126 DS from 8 heads to 12.

Flexible, Direct or Transfer.

• Transfer printing is known for efficiencies and precision. It only requires profiling and setting up the printer for a single transfer paper. And printing on paper means there is no concern about the fabric moving, stretching or wicking.

• For shops that already own a calender press, the streamlined workflow of a transfer printer makes all the sense in the world. Most industrial calenders can keep up with more than one printer, allowing high volume shops to scale and create redundancy within their shop.

• When it comes to backlit, flags, mesh and other open-weave fabrics, direct printing is the preferred process. That can be done without an ink change on the Offline Series. This collection of printers was engineered with a specially designed troughthat helps wick away any ink that passes through the fabric.

Fast Printing, Fast Drying.

• With speeds that outperform comparable printers on the market today, the Offline Collection from PrinterEvolution is reliable and consistent, performing at speeds of 1345 sq ft/hr.

• Print speed is just one aspect of an industrial digital textile printing system. Being able to dry the ink quickly on the transfer paper is critical to overcome possible defects and maintain high production speeds. The Offline Collection uses multiple drying elements for fast and accurate linear drying.

• After ink is applied, the media passes 39” of linear drying area with adjustable temperature settings up to 175º F. The drying system is located below the platen to heat only the material while protecting the printheads.

• This drying process allows the ink to dry by the time the media reaches the take-up roll, even when printing at top speeds.

Media Feed

• Two sets of dancer bars synchronize with the drive motors, automatically fine tuning the tension during the media feeding process and ensuring precise movement.
