Ergonomic analyses physical and psychological characteristics of human. And it aligns machine and people. Accountancy meaning of ergonomics is fit and suitability.

The ergonomic experience observed since infancy of humanity. However, it was made to technicality by F.W.Taylor.

In the second World War, engineering and another workers hardly so after the war, arrangement decisions are made for people. Today’s progressive technology observers about everything. This change, people who working there and their ability, body, ideas can diversity. On the order hand, people have got some psychological features.

Therefore, in the place business should be canorousness from human act to human’s basic characteristics. People can tired to adverse development. For the reason that, people can’t take care of their work so worker performance can decrease. Also there can have staff problems. Like working life, we can have lots of problems to private life by reason of suboptimal conditions. If we don’t want to have these problems, we should be careful about ergonomic term to working and private life.

In the past people move according to machine but now workplaces are designed according to people and healthy of people.

Installation of air conditioners made according to people.

Height of machines is important for healthy of employee so machines mustn’t very high.

Lighting proper working is important for eye healthy and efficiency.

The appropriate contrast is selected. Working desks are arranged to increase employee

productivity and to able to work fast.

In our daily life examples of ergonomics; The biggest change came to the fruition for cars. Air cushions have been in car. Driver's seat is moved back and forth. Wheels have been capable of be moved up and

down. Height of elevators and elevators’ button arranged

for everybody( short or tall) In the past, screwdrivers were very thin but now, it is thick

so they are available. In the past school benches were standard but now they are

arranged according to age group of students. The keyboard and mouse are arranged according to

the healthy of wrist and finger.
