We are a single-source supplier of a complete range of equipment and services to satisfy every lifting-related aspect of your business. Process cranes Are engineered for severe duty, lifting up to 1,000 tons or more. Straddle Carriers Are used for transporting containers from ship-side to the container yard and to the loading area. Yard Cranes Include RTG and RMG cranes used for stacking containers high and wide in ports and at intermodal terminals. Machine Tool Service Provides service and maintenance for all makes of machine tools in any industry. Goliath Shipyard Cranes Span over 150 m and are used for handling ship sections in the shipbuilding process. Yard Information Technology Creates a link between different vehicles in a port and provides container positioning for high-density stacking. Industrial Cranes Featuring the CXT hoists, are used for precise and reliable load-handling with lifting capacities up to 100 tons. Ship-To-Shore Cranes Are used for loading and unloading containers from ship to quay. Service and Modernization Activities are aimed at maximizing the equipment availability, while minimizing cost of ownership. From Wikipedia:

Employee engagement, also called work engagement or workerengagement, is a business management concept. An "engaged employee" is one who is fully involved in, and enthusiastic about, his or her work, and thus will act in a way that furthers their organization's interests. According to Scarlett Surveys, "Employee Engagement is a measureable degree of an employee's positive or negative emotional attachment to their job, colleagues and organization which profoundly influences their willingness to learn & perform at work". Thus engagement is distinctively different from satisfaction, motivation, culture, climate and opinion and very difficult to measure.
