End User Enablement

WPB SMARTSTART:The installation of the SAP WPB application and the training of content authors and administrators will enable the customer to develop end user training material with simulation assessment while also providing online help for system users.

WPB SUPERVISORY SERVICE:SAP will support the customer to develop end user training material by §Providing guidance on WPB best practices§Assisting with the creation and management of the WPB material development plan

§Assisting in the creation, editing and publishing of WPB recordings

§Fine tune existing customer SAP WPB templates, if and when required

Experienced SAP Education Resources: Learning Architects ● Curriculum Designers ● Course Developers ● WPB Experts ● Train the Trainer Consultants ● Instructors

END USER LEARNING NEEDS ANALYSIS:SAP will define in detail the training curriculum that the end users need to undertake, in what order and by what method, i.e.§ initial end user training curriculum for the SAP solutions in scope

§ training material components to be developed for the enablement of end users, e.g. slides, transactional system learning, simulations, job-help etc.

§ initial training plan

END USER TRAINING STRATEGY:The Training Strategy will provide the strategic direction, methodology and process by which training will be rolled out to the end users across the SAP programme.

END USER TRAINING MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT:SAP will take charge of developing the end user training material by §Providing best practice guidelines, templates and skilled resources to write, deploy and deliver quality end user learning materials using WPB.

§Learning content structured in:- Play and Practice Modes- Enhanced Work Instructions- Job Help- PowerPoint Slides - high-level process guidance

TRAIN THE TRAINER:SAP will provide solution enablement for the customer’s instructors to train your end users.

END USER TRAINING DELIVERY:SAP will enable the end users on the solutions within the scope of the SAP programme, using the material developed with WPB.
