CONSUMER BEHAVIOR :Consumer behavior is the study of when, why, how and where people do or do not buy product.

From the market prospective , people of India comprise different segments of consumers, based on class, income and status. The study on consumer to get better understanding of the Indian market place thus enabling them to embark on selected strategies to effectively reach the Indian Consumer.

• ECONOMIC : Consumers compare different products rank benefits and limitations of each and identify one best alternative within their budget. • PASSIVE : Consumers become irrational and they get influenced by marketing tools , eg advertisements. • EMOTIONAL : Consumers’ decision are based on loyalty emotional feeling about some products and services.• COGNITIVE : Consumers are not satisfied with any product so they keep on searching products that can fulfill their needs.

Basically this survey was done to know the customer reaction towards their washing powder due to change in different factors.

In this survey we found that most of the

respondents purchase washing powder on tide.

Most of the respondents are using wheel for washing their clothes market is very strong in point of wheel.
