Ponad milion klientów galerii Amber! Over one milion customers in Galeria Amber! Galeria Amber została otwarta w czwartek 20 marca br. o godz. 16. 00.Poziom komercjalizacji w dniu otwarcia wynosił ponad 95%.W ciągu pierwszych 4 dni funkcjonowania, obiekt odwiedziło ponad 112 000 osób. Trzy miesiące później, obiekt może się pochwalić frekwencją na poziomie 1 120 000 klientów.

Galeria Amber was opened on Thursday, 20th March at 16:00.The level of commercialization on the opening day exceeded 95%.Within the first 4 days of functioning, the gallery was visited by more than 112 000 persons.Three monts later, the turnout reached 1 120 000 customers.

Realizacja / Wykonawcy

• Umowę z Eiffage Budownictwo Polska S.A. na wykonanie stanu surowego podpisano dnia 20.09.2013. Plac budowy został przekazany wykonawcy stanu surowego dnia 01.10.2013. Wartość umowy to 36,15 mln PLN.

• Umowę z firmą Schindler Polska Sp. Z o.o. na dostawę i montaż wind i schodów podpisano w dniu 17.12.2013.

• Umowę z firmą Elektromont S.A. na wykonanie instalacji elektrycznych podpisano dnia 20.01.2014.

• Umowę z firmą Silbud Sp. Z o.o. na wykonanie instalacji tryskaczowej podpisano w dniu 24.02.2014.

• Umowę z firmą Flakt Bovent Sp. Z o.o. na wykonanie wentylacji strumieniowej podpisano w dniu 24.02.2014.

• Umowę z firmą Polonez Plus Sp. Z o.o. na wykonanie instalacji sanitarnych podpisano w dniu 29.01.2014.

• Umowę z firmą Honeywell Sp. Z o.o. na wykonanie automatyki i BMS podpisano w dniu 21.02.2014.

• Umowę z firmą Ekotechnika Plus Sp. Z o.o. na wykonanie pokrycia dachowego podpisano w dniu 21.02.2014.

• Umowę z firmą REM-MAR R i M Piotrowscy Sp. j. na wykonanie robót wykończeniowych podpisano w dniu 6.05.2014.

Finansowanie

• Echo Investment zawarło z Bankiem PKO SA umowę na finansowanie Galerii Sudeckiej. Kwota kredytu to 35,6 MLN EUR i 7 MLN PLN.

Układ komunikacyjny

• 20 sierpnia 2013r. został wydany ZRID dla zewnętrznego układu komunikacyjnego. Decyzja jest wykonalna. Nowy układ komunikacyjny stanowić będzie istotny fragment połączenia głównej arterii miasta - ul. Jana Pawła II, zachodniej obwodnicy i trasy wylotowej w kierunku Legnicy

Komercjalizacja

Poziom komercjalizacji osiągnął 80%Do grona najemców dołączyły ostatnio marki t.j.: Gino Rossi, Monnari, Lee Wrangler, Ryłko, 4f i Grycan.

Realization / Builders

• The contract for core and shell construction, concluded with Eiffage Budownictwo Polska S.A., was signed on 20.09.2013. The construction site was handed over to the core and shell contractor on 01.10.2013. The value of the contract: 36,15 mln PLN.

• The contract with the company Schindler Polska Sp. z o.o. for delivery and mounting of elevators and stairs was signed on 17.12.2013.

• The contract with the company Elektromont S.A. for installing of electrical installations was signed on 20.01.2014.

• The contract with the company Silbud Sp. z o.o. for installing of sprinklers was signed on 24.02.2014.

• The contract with the company Flakt Bovent Sp. z o.o. for installing of jet ventilation system was signed on 24.02.2014.

• The contract with the company Polonez Plus Sp. z o.o. for installing of sanitary system was signed on 29.01.2014.

• The contract with the company Honeywell Sp. z o.o. for realization of automation and Building Management System was signed on 21.02.2014.

• The contract with the company Ekotechnika Plus Sp. z o.o. for the assembly of roofing was signed on 21.02.2014.

• The contract with the company REM-MAR R i M Piotrowscy Sp.j. for realization of finishing works was signed on 6.05.2014.

Financing

• Echo Investment has concluded an agreement with Bank PKO SA for financing of Galeria Sudecka. The credit amount equals 35,6 MLN EUR and 7 MLN PLN.

Transport Network

• The Permission for the Implementation of a Road Project was issued on 20th August 2013 for the external transport network. The decision is enforceable. The new transport network shall constitute a considerable fragment of connection of the city main artery - Jana Pawła II street, the western ring road and the outgoing road to Legnica.

Commercialization

The commercialization level has reached 80%The circle of lessees’ has recently been enlarged by two makes, that is Gino Rossi, Monnari, Lee Wrangler, Ryłko, 4f and Grycan.

Proces administracyjny:

• 14 października 2013r. Rada Miasta Szczecina podjęła uchwałę w sprawie nowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego dla obszaru, na którym znajduje się Galaxy, co otwarło drogę dla rozbudowy centrum handlowego. Nowy plan wszedł w życie z dniem 27 listopada 2013r.

Harmonogram:

I etap - rewitalizacja / remont części istniejącej - zakończony

II etap - rozbudowa centrum

Obecnie aktualizowana jest koncepcja architektoniczno-konstrukcyjna przez wybrany zespół projektantów – Open Architekci Sp. z o.o. oraz prowadzone są prace projektowe celem pozyskania decyzji środowiskowej

• planowane złożenie wniosku PNB - lipiec 2014r.• rozpoczęcie prac budowlanych - listopad 2014r.• zakończenie prac budowlanych - marzec 2016r.

Administrative process:

• 14 October 2013 The Szczecin City Council passed a resolution concerning a new spatial development plan for the site where Galaxy is located, which opened the path for the Mall Extension, and the new schedule became effective as at 27 November 2013.

Schedule:

PHASE I - revitalization/renovation of the existing section - completed

PHASE II - extension of the mall

At the moment, the architectural and structural concept is being updated by the chosen designers team – Open Architekci Sp. z o.o., and design engineering works are carried out to obtain an environmental decision

• anticipated submission of application to the County Building Inspection (PNB) - July 2014• commencement of civil works - November 2014• completion of civil works - March 2016

Centrum Handlowe ECHO przy GALERII OLIMPIA

CH Echo w wyniku rewitalizacji zamieni się w retail park specjalizujący się w ofercie wyposażenia i dekoracji wnętrz. Zaplanowano renowację lokali, elewacji oraz dodatkowe wejścia do budynku.

W wyniku rewitalizacji kompleks Galerii Olimpia będzie dysponować pełną ofertą modową, rozrywkową i wyposażenia wnętrz.Trwają zaawansowane rozmowy m.in. z sieciami Komfort i JYSK.

Podpisano umowę z Bricomarché, który zajmie powierzchnię ok. 4 000 mkw. Market przejmie powierzchnię po hipermarkecie Nomi, po zakończeniu umowy, czyli w marcu 2015r.

Realizacja:

• Inwestor dysponuje już pozwoleniem na budowę.

• Zakończenie przebudowy planowana jest jeszcze w tym roku.

Shopping Center ECHO by GALERIA OLIMPIA

As a result of revitalization, the Shopping Center Echo shall turn into a retail park specializing in the offer of interior furniture, equipment and home decorating articles. Premises and eleva-tions shall be renovated and additional entrances to the building shall be constructed.

As a result of revitalization, the complex of Galeria Olimpia shall have the full offer of fashion, entertainment and interior furnishing products.Advanced negotiations with, among others, Komfort and JYSK networks are in progress.

The agreement with Bricomarché, which will occupy approximately 4 000 sqm, was signed. The store will take over the surface that now belong to Hypermarket Nomi, after the completion of the contract which will take place in March 2015.

Realization:

• The Investor has already acquired the building permit.

• Completion of reconstruction is planned already this year.

Wykonawcy

• Dnia 23.06.2014r. została podpisana umowa z firmą NYCZ i ELIN na remont posadzki parkingu w Pasażu Grunwaldzkim.

Nowa funkcja BIURO.W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Pasażu powstanie obiekt biurowy.

• 16 000 mkw powierzchni biurowej• 1 - poziomowy parking podziemny

Realization

• In 2014 the building revitalization shall be accomplished covering, among others, the food court area.

• Also within the confines of revitalization the main square, passages, toilets and delivery zones shall undergo overhaul. Elevations shall be renovated.

Builders

• The contract with the company NYCZ and ELIN for realization of the renovation of the parking floors in Pasaż Grunwaldzki was signed 23.06.2014.

New OFFICE function. In the immediate vicinity of the Arcade an office building shall be constructed.
