Due dates for payment of fee for the Academic Year 2020 -21:

Without Late Fee: From 11.01.2021 to 20.01.2021

With Late Fee of Rs.2000.00: From 21.01.2021 to 27.01.2021

With Late Fee of Rs.4000.00: From 28.01.2021 to 04.02.2021

i. Attention of Indian Students:

1. All the Indian Students are hereby instructed to pay their even Semester Fees for the Academic Year 2020-21 through “Payment

Gateway” Provided in the website using Internet banking/Debit/Credit card/UPI/Wallet payments.

2. Name and Roll Number of the student should invariably be mentioned in the Form.

3. Indian students availing education loans are advised to approach their respective banks and ask them to transfer the fees through

“NEFT/RTGS” to below mentioned bank account.

ii. Attention of Students from Abroad (DASA):

All the students from Abroad (DASA-SAARC & NON-SAARC) are hereby instructed to transfer applicable Tuition Fee (USD 4000/-

,USD 3000/-, USD2000/-, USD1500/- and USD 1000/-) to “DIRECTOR NITW PAYMENT GATEWAY” only throughonline mode using

SWIFT code mentioned below.Convocation fee should be paid only in INR through Payment Gateway using the form meant for

DASA students. Students are advised to transfer the tuition fee either in USD or INR to“DIRECTOR NITW PAYMENT

GATEWAY”.Foreign students making payment of tuition fee in dollars have to bear the bank charges, if any charged by the bank

and the same should be remitted in the Account Section separately.

Student Roll number should be mandatory in the remarks or purpose of payment option while paying through SWIFT method.

Foreign students can also pay the tuition fee in Indian rupees through the link provided in the Institute website @ 1 USD=75/- INR

Eg: Tuition Fee (USD 4000 @INR 75/-, USD 3000@INR 75/-, USD2000 @INR 75/, USD1500@INR 75/ and USD 1000@INR 75/)

After completing the payment process, all foreign students are advised to upload the Original scan copy of their payment receipts in

the WSDC portal for verification in the Accounts Section. If any student fails to upload the payment receipt, he/she will be

considered as a fee defaulter.

iii. No DDs or FDDs are acceptable from any student. Only online mode of payment transfers are acceptable. All the students and parents are requested to co-operate.

Tuition Fee should not be clubbed with Hostel Fee payment.Hostel fee should be paid separately.

Excess payments, if any will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Those students who are paying Tuition & Other Fee through RTGS/NEFT/SWIFTor throughany other mode of payment, are once again advised to uploadOriginal Pay ‘U” Money Payment Receiptin WSDC portal for verification. Sample copy of Payment Receipt is shown below:-
