preferences. This will help you as a parent and your child’s teacher to understand how to tap into

your child’s learning potential.

TERMS OF PAYMENT/ LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Tuition fees for the academic year is payable in installments as follows:

• New student/s who passed assessment and have paid the registration fee will only be admitted to class/es upon completion of the following documents:

• Original school report card of the last attended academic year certified by the Ministry of • Education (if applicable). • ALL required documents MUST be completed in the child’s Admission File (child/ren will not be

allowed to sit in class if admission file is incomplete-per Ministry of Education requirements)

• School fee, Registration fee, Transportation fee, or any other payment are (NON-REFUNDABLE) and (NON-TRANSFERABLE). Note: During Pandemic Period, some consideration may be considered.

• Tuition and fees are to be paid at the assigned dates and before the deadlines. • A Promissory Note for each payment MUST be signed for parent enrolled in the Instalment Payment

Plan. • The FasTracKids Academy has the rights to take necessary action in case of delaying payment. • Any special offers or discounts will be applicable to tuition fees ONLY and/or upon discretion of

Management. • Late Fee Charges: A penalty of 500 SR will be applied to the pending balance after the assigned

deadlines provided by the Instalment Payment Plan selected during admission (non-negotiable).

Please note: During the Pandemic Period, the mode of education is subject to change as per the directives of

the Ministries.
