The New Downtown of Temple Terrace is a 30 Acre, 500,000 Square Foot master planned development by the Vlass Group together with the City of Temple Terrace. Michael B. Vlass, The Vlass Group, LLCIn 1981, after 9 years in banking which concluded as Vice President of the C & S Bank (now Bank of America), Mike Vlass was the founder of The Vlass-Fotos Group of Affi liated Entities, whose 18 year focus was the acquisition, development and management of income producing real estate, including retail, offi ce, industrial, hotel, residential (both for lease and for sale) and mixed-use land developments totaling in excess of $300 million. The Company also provided equity venture capital to other real estate developers. In 2000 Mr. Vlass formed The Vlass Group, LLC to specialize in high density vertical mixed-use developments in urban settings such as Uptown Altamonte, the lakefront 25 acre 1.5 million sf greyfi eld redevelopment north of Orlando, Florida. In addition to his real estate activities, Mr. Vlass has traveled extensively internationally, has conducted business in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia, and has served on the board of various companies based in Atlanta.

Lant, MJ Lant Developments, Inc.With over 25 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, architecture and construction, Mike Lant has created numerous high-quality retail, medical, offi ce and mixed-use developments. Lant was previously Vice President of Development at Cousins Properties and handled the redevelopment of the highly successful 550,000+ square foot Colonial Plaza Mall in Orlando. Mark T Sneed, MTS Advisors, Inc.A 23 year veteran of the commercial/retail real estate industry, Mark is a specialist in retail leasing and development. As Vice President of Leasing and Development for the Don M. Casto Organization, Mark oversaw all leasing for the Winter Park Village. Winter Park Village is an award winning 525,000 square foot mixed-use redevelopment of the former Winter Park Mall, and one of the fi rst lifestyle centers. As Project Director for Uptown Altemonte, Mark oversaw leasing and land sales for this 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development that included retail, restaurant, offi ce, residential, and hospitality components. And as Retail Partner for Hagan Properties, Inc., Mark oversaw all design, entitlements, fi nancing, leasing, development, and management of a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties.
