good peformance. - This doesn’t only motivate and inspire them to

you can be bossy.- Being a good employer is one of the important
factors that make an employee stay. - Treat them with kindness and respect.
Clear Scope of Job - People should only be doing things that are
cearly delineated in their job description. - If you have them grabbing coffee or personal
errands, they probably won’t be to happy.
Career Advancement- You should strive to make your employees feel
that they are going somewhere. - You should be instrumental in creating this for
your employees, give promotions as often as possible.
Enforce the Best Possible Rules - All organizations no matter the size need
principles. - However you should limit the amount of rules
and restrictions to the bare minimum. - You always want to keep the employees that
make your life easier.
