Click on the Settings icon ( ) on the far right. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
Step Two
Under the Privacy tab, uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker in the Pop-up Blocker section.

At the top right of the browser, click on the three dots and click on Settings. Under the Advanced Settings section, click on View advanced settings.
Step Two
Set Block pop-ups to Off.

Under Pop-ups, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups. Click Done when finished.
