Internet Explorer (Version 10 or 11—Windows PC only):

1. From the menu bar, scroll over Tools. When the dropdown displays, select Internet Options.

2. When Internet Options window comes up, click on the Privacy tab.

3. Under the Privacy tab, there should be an area titled “Pop-Up Blocker”. You can disable the pop-up blocker here by un-checking the box titled “Turn On Pop-up Blocker”

Google Chrome (Mac or Windows PC) 1. Open Chrome. 2. In the top-right corner, click on the Chrome Menu (the Chrome menu is represented

by 3 horizontal bars in the upper right corner) 3. Click Settings. 4. Click Show advanced settings.

5. Under “Privacy”, click Content Settings.

6. Under “Pop-ups”, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

Google Chrome (Tablet or Mobile Device)

1. Open Chrome. In the top right-hand corner, click on the Chrome Menu (the Chrome menu is represented by 3 vertical dots).

2. Click Settings.

3. Under Settings, click Content Settings.

4. Under Content Settings, turn off Block Pop-ups setting.

Firefox (windows PC)

1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and then select Options.

2. Select the Content panel on the left side of the screen.

3. Under the “Pop-ups” section, un-check the box that says Block pop-up windows.

Firefox (Mac) 1. Click on Firefox from the menu at the top of the computer screen. 2. Once you click Firefox, a dropdown will appear. Click on Preferences. 3. Once the Preference window appears, click on the Content tab. 4. Once the Content section appears, un-check the box that says “Block pop-up

windows”.

Firefox (Tablet or Mobile Device)

1. Open Firefox. Click on a new tab to access the Settings button. (The new tab is

represented by a ‘1’ outlined by a purple box, to the right of the address bar.

2. Click on the wheel in the upper left-hand side of the screen to access the Settings page.

3. Under Settings, turn off Block Pop-up Windows.

Safari (Mac only) 1. Click on Safari from the menu at the top of the computer screen. 2. Once you click Safari, a dropdown will appear. Click on Preferences. 3. Once the Preference window appears, click on the Security tab. 4. Once the Security section appears, un-check the box that says “Block pop-up

windows”.

Safari (Tablet or Mobile Device) 1. Open Settings icon from your tablet or mobile Device (note: you need to open your

device’s settings). 2. In the left-hand column, click on Safari.

3. Once you click on Safari, you can turn off Block Pop-ups on the right-hand side of the screen.
