STEPS TO DISABLE POP-UP BLOCKER IN WEB BROWSER

1. Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, please click at the top right and select ‘Internet options’.

The ‘Internet Options’ window will appear. In the window, please select ‘Privacy’ tab and

select ‘Settings’ under ‘Pop-up Blocker’ section.

In the ‘Pop-up Blocker Settings’ window, please insert *.hasil.gov.my in the ‘Address of

website to allow’ textbox. Then click ‘Add’ and ‘Close’ to save the pop-up blocker settings.

2. Mozilla Firefox

In Mozilla Firefox, please click at the top right and select ‘Options’.

The ‘Options’ window will appear. In the window, please select the ‘Content’ tab and select

‘Exceptions’.

In the ‘Allowed Sites – Pop-ups’ window, please insert *.hasil.gov.my in the ‘Address of

website’ textbox. Then, click ‘Allow’ and ‘Close’ to save the pop-up blocker settings.

3. Google Chrome

In Google Chrome, please click at the top right and select ‘Settings’.

The ‘Chrome Settings’ window will appear. In the window, please select ‘Show advanced

settings’ at the bottom.

Please select ‘Content Settings’ under Privacy section.

The ‘Content settings’ will appear. In the window, please select ‘Manage exceptions’

under Pop-ups section.

The ‘Pop-up exceptions’ window will appear. In the window, please insert into the

‘Hostname pattern’ textbox and select ‘Allow’ for the ‘Behavior’ dropdown menu. Click

‘Done’ to save the pop-up blocker settings.

4. Safari

In Safari, please click ‘Safari’ and select ‘Preferences’.

In the window that appeared, please select ‘Security’. Make sure the ‘Block pop-up window’ checkbox is not marked.
