Communication, the dissemination of valuable

information whether formal or informal and

collaboration are vital for a unified direction and

alignment of objectives. As part of our growing

reach and rapid expansion, there is a need for our

work force to keep in pace with latest internal

deve lopment s , i n fo rmat ion f low and

coordination. As part of our business growth, we

have currently stretched our wings to Mumbai,

pleasure to share with you all that our Brand is

well received with the parent and student

community alike in these areas. However, to

accelerate our pace and protract as a 'Top-Valued'

organization, we must foster more forums to

build interpersonal relationships, improve

coordination between departments, share

experiences and connect with each other.

Our focus for the year ahead will be on motivating talented people that we currently have to strive harder and

enhance the working environment. Each employee must understand to value his/her colleague. Treat them

respectfully and extract the best from one and other so that each one can reach their full potential.

“Voice” is one such mechanism for employees to engage with each other. It may be through a formal technical

note or an informal write up about a personal experience or even display one's creative talent! Voice aims at

providing an electronic platform to all those who are interested in displaying their creative writing or artistic

I have been beating my brain since I was advised to

contribute something in the form of a write-up for the

souvenir that is shortly being brought out by NSPIRA

management services Pvt. Ltd.

By all means, this article emerged out of my struggle for

nights. One fine night, I woke up and at once started penning

to give shape to my abstract feelings as to concrete ones.

The term that flashed in my brain instantly is 'ego'.

Surprisingly, even the term ego has an abstract nature.

However, I try my best to define it in my own words. “We are

created by someone, however, we feel we are the creators.”

This ideology must be termed as ego. This seed, in our mind,

germinates and grows into a wild tree. To my mind, ego is the

root, stem is the strength and shade is the hood of a

venomous snake. Can it be a good tree with these qualities?

Certainly not………..!

Secondly, our effort to be good is the sibling of ego.

One's goodness wholly mixes up with the blood and flows

but it does not take its shape by how one is with others or by

one's activities. It is quite unnecessary to prove one's

goodness.

Human or Beyond?

When we commit to prove it, we know, it is possible only

through exposing the lapses of others. The external part of us that

is tried to be exposed to the society is always an artificial one.

Be as what you are! Don't cover up your bad with good or

something with other. Who you are- it doesn't matter but how

you are matters a lot. Be alike internally and externally. Why

can't you be beyond a human? Like god........!

Prevention is always better than Cure

Zika virus is an emerging mosquito-borne virus that was first identified

in Uganda in 1947 in rhesus monkeys through a monitoring network of

sylvatic yellow fever. It was subsequently identified in humans in 1952 in

Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania. Outbreaks of Zika virus

disease have been recorded in Africa, America, Asia and the Pacific.

Zika virus is transmitted to people through the bite of an infected

mosquito from the Aedes genus, mainly Aedes aegypti in tropical regions.

This is the same mosquito that transmits dengue, chikungunya and yellow

fever. However, sexual transmission of Zika virus has been described in 2

cases, and the presence of the Zika virus in semen in 1 additional case.

People with Zika virus disease usually have symptoms that can

include:

| Mild fever | Skin rashes | Conjunctivitis | Muscle and

joint pain | Malaise or headache

These symptoms normally last for 2-7 days. There is no specific

treatment or vaccine currently available. The best form of prevention is

protection against mosquito bites.

Treatment: People sick with Zika virus should get plenty of rest, drink

enough fluids, and treat pain and fever with common medicines. If

symptoms worsen, they should seek medical care and advice.

Hence, my sincere request to all my colleagues and staff is, be careful

and try to prevent Zika Virus. Though it is not spreading at rapid pace in

Telangana and AP, I think we need to be aware enough to prevent such

hazardous diseases.

The path to our dreams, goals lie not just in charng a good acon-

plan, but also equally in de-cluering our life, the way all great men

have done.

DON'T COMPLICATE ITWe live in an environment of cluer, chaos and confusion, the

person who is able to de-cluer and simplify his life is the one who

can achieve the maximum. Most of us are doing too much – speaking

too much, connecng too much (thanks to Facebook and other

networking sites), aiming for too many goals, and the list goes on. It's

me to hold back, think, and simplify things. It's me to focus on the

essenal and de-cluer, and de-stress our life. All successful people

have done it.However, simplicity is the most difficult thing to achieve. The ones

who can achieve it have been the most successful. Charlie Chaplin

was one such legend. He simplified films. He understood human

psychology perfectly and depicted it in the simplest manner in his

films, which is why even today, they are as enjoyable to watch. Come

to think of it, simplicity can be prey complex. Only if you have a

deep understanding of the problem can you think of a simple

explanaon or a simple soluon. In a nutshell, great things start with simple ideas; and truly great

people have achieved their greatness by believing in simplicity. They

lived simple lives and found simple soluons to every complicated

problem. Very simply put, if we need to lose weight, the simple

soluon is to eat less. If we want to

become a good musician, need to get

up every morning and pracce. If we

want to achieve something......just

do it!!

DON'T GIVE INThe temptaons of me wasters are

everywhere and are the causes for

procrasnaon. The television and

YouTube are two mediums causing

the biggest wastage of me. Hours

evaporate into a mist of undone tasks

b e f o r e w e k n o w i t . T h e s e

temptaons are the greatest when

we have the most to do. The less me

we have, the more the temptaon to

waste it doing things, which could

easily have been avoided.

In his book Eat the Frog, author Brian Tracy gives one simple

advice. He says that according to an old saying, if you eat a live frog in

the morning, nothing bad will happen to you for the whole day.

However, the 'frog' that he speaks about is actually the one thing

that you find the most difficult to do in your 'to-do' list. It means the

task, which is the most important; and it is generally the most

demanding task that we try to procrasnate the most. It is this 'frog'

that should be aacked first and finished the moment we start our

day. This will ensure that the job is done when you have the

maximum energy and me in hand, leaving you feeling happy and

sasfied for the rest of the day; and perhaps, because of this, one is

encouraged to do even more things in lesser me.As Abraham Lincoln once said, “The best thing about the future is

it comes one day at a me.” What he meant was that we write our

future 'one day at a me'; so if each day is planned well and if each

day is made producve, the future is bound to be good. Live each day

to its fullest, by planning it well and starng the day by doing the

most important things first....Just do it!!

GIVE UP, BUT DON'T GIVE INGiving up something to

aain a greater goal has

been the foundaon of

Indian culture. It gives one

immense power. You could

start by giving up one

acvity that wastes me

and use that me to do

something producve. One of the greatest

qualies of a leader is his

a b i l i t y t o o v e r c o m e

temptaons. It's his ability

and courage to say a 'no'

which gives him greater control over his life and his thoughts, for

every me he says a 'no' to the temptaon, he keeps the focus on his

goals and that increases his determinaon and willpower. You say a

'no' for you refuse to take 'not possible' for an answer; because when

you are obsessed with an idea and think only about it and nothing

else, all your energy and life starts revolving around it. Once that

happens, you are bound to succeed. Both our thoughts and acons finally decide our

future. So think right – this will help to plan right.

Before that, lets de-stress and decluer our life;

simplify it so that we can focus on the really

important stuff….Just Do IT!!

JUST DO IT

Dean Mr. Surendra Naidu asked me to 'pack up my

luggage'. For a moment I couldn't decipher what went

wrong unl he expounded that he wish to promote me. I

was very excited. Aer several rounds of interview at

central office, I got through and was sent to Gannavaram

as a principal for my second innings. I joined the list of

employees who were recognized and enhanced in their

posions within a short period of me. Everything looked

completely different. Fortunately the training sessions at

central office came handy to start with.

My journey began with learning and experiencing.

For every mistake which I commied personally, the

instuon bore the loss. I learned from the mistakes I have

commied. The banner provided me an ambience under

which could I learn, experiment, err and eventually gained

the confidence to face the world. Lately I realized that

instuon is not just a place to earn our livelihood but also

a plaorm to contribute to the society where we envisage

our future generaon to flourish. We must avail the given

opportunies and be a force to reckon with in the path of

naon building.

One has to remember the proverb that 'Men may

come and go but instuons always remain'. So I

personally feel that our energies must be channelized for

the strengthening and enhancing of our instuon which

in turn will benefit us in a long run.

See Through Virtual Reality!2016 is set to be the year when the likes of Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR and the HTC Vive Pre take VR mainstream.

Virtual reality is an immersive experience in which your head movements are tracked in a three-dimensional world, making

it ideally suited to games and even movies.

How does VR actually work ?

While VR was a non-starter back in the 90s, developers are now creating mind-blowing experiences that look set to

revolutionize gaming and entertainment. But what are the best VR headsets and which one should you choose? We've put

together the definitive selection of the most gob-smackingly awesome devices just waiting to be strapped to your bounce.

Read on for the full list…

Oculus Rift: of course, Oculus Rift is the virtual reality headset that started the

current hysteria. Developed by Palmer Luckey, funded via Kickstarter and snapped

up by Facebook for a cool $2 billion, the Rift plugs into your computer’s DVI and USB

ports and tracks your head movements to provide 3D imagery on its stereo screens.

It's available to order now, with shipping expected in March 2016. The Oculus

Touch controllers have been delayed until later in the year, but you will get an Xbox

One control pad in the box.

Make sure you check out our round up of the best games for Oculus Rift.

Sony Play Station VR: At last we have a launch date for the play Station VR headset : October 2016.

A new version was announced at GDC 2015 and gone is the 5-inch LCD display of the original prototype; in its place a 5.7-

inch OLED one which enables low persistence, which should mean less motion blur.

The display's refresh rate has also been ramped up to 120Hz, making 120fps gaming a

real possibility.

The reported latency issues of Morpheus Mk1 have been addressed, with a new 18ms

reading, and tracking accuracy has been tweaked with a total of nine LEDs now aiding

the positional awareness of the headset.

Oculus Rift

HTC Vive: HTC unveiled the

HTC Vive, a Steam VR headset

made in collaboration with Valve,

at MWC 2015 - and it’s due to hit

the shops in April.

The HTC Vive plugs into

PCs and work with Valve's

mammoth gaming ecosystem. It

packs in 70 sensors plus offers

360 degree head-tracking as well

as a 90Hz refresh rate; the stat

that's key to keeping down

latency. Elsewhere, there's an

accompanying "context aware

controller", so you can shoot,

move and interact with elements

in the virtual world.

Workshop at Bangalore on Team Building

It was 2003, my life turned around after joining Narayana Group. Though I started my career

as a warden in junior college, as the time passed with many struggles and achievements, today I’m

in a position of a Core Dean. I believe a person who has regularity, sincerity and hard work can

reach inexplicable targets. To become a successful man, we should visualize a big future and have

grand dreams. I always try to be the best in Narayana Group and hence worked hard right from

the beginning. In my career, I have motivated our students to bag not only 3 consecutive state 1st

ranks but also state 2nd and 5th ranks in EAMCET. On the other hand, 3rd and 9th ranks from

IIT Entrance Exam are given to Narayana Group under my Guidance. All this success and

growth is because of our respected chairman Sri. Narayana garu. He always supported us with the determination to

achieve amazing goals. He always said,

“One should never feel proud over yesterdays achievement, and should strive hard for tomorrow’s excellence

we need to provide a strong support to the students with proper guidance and planned study schedules. The

parents are to be assured of their child’s future. Also, the employees need to be provided a conducive

environment to perform their best. Good administration along with good academics, gives good result.

This is the secret of my success”

These words give the strength to constantly prove ourselves. Narayana in Visakhapatnam is striving

towards greater heights with its teamwork and concerted efforts. It is the individual and collective

contribution of each employee that helped achieve this milestone with a great sense of satisfaction and

fulfillment. As I look ahead, I can visualize that the Vizag campus will grow in pursuit of higher

standards of teaching and give shape to my dream. May God give strength to continue to see the

Narayana campues in Visakhapatnam flourishing.
