Customer service is not a lost art form, at least not at Roly Poly. Local franchisees, Janine and Chris Ballas, the dynamic mother and son duo, go to great lengths attending to their beloved regu-

lars and to transform every patron into that status. Their efforts have been rec-ognized in the Rockdale Citizen’s latest Reader’s Choice poll in not one, but three categories: best catering, best wraps and best soups. The platters and boxed lunches they supply for catering orders must be seen and tasted to be believed.

Not only will they provide local delivery for a catered luncheon for 200, but they also have delivered a single wrap to a customer who cannot leave her office. Responding to my amazement that they would perform a delivery for a single order, Janine informed me, “We won’t leave a regular stranded and hungry”. Okaaay, where do I sign-up to become a regular?!

Beyond the Ballas’ dedication to service, is their commitment to fresh, delicious food. Vegetables and meat are sliced daily. Given the enormous selection of ingredients, that is quite a feat.

Their menu choices are endless from the ever popular Basil Cashew Chicken to the Smoke-house Turkey to a phenomenal number of vegan and vegetarian selections, even a carnivore couldn’t resist the California Hummer. The soups are so popular they sell out even in the summer. Janine cautioned a customer about the addic-tive Roasted Garlic Tomato soup one evening, and sure enough, he was back the

next day at lunch for a fix. Call ahead and they will have your fix ready to go from their handy dandy pick-up window.
